New Short Term Holiday Properties Lead Generation

JOB OVERVIEW
Sunny BNB is a Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia based, short term holiday rental property management business. We have over 50 houses and apartments under management. We are in expansion mode and are wanting to dramatically grow our properties under management.

It is important to us that we have a very experienced candidate as they will be in charge of all advertising, marketing and lead generation at our business. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager. I stress that real experience and depth of knowledge of our skills and software requirements are VITAL.

The position is:

Full time
Monday to Friday
8 hours a day
40 hours per week
USD$10 - $12 per hour + 13 Month Pay

Responsibilities are:

Creation of all ads & online marketing campaigns
Create systems, funnels, procedures to ensure growth of inquiries and conversion to new managements
Implement measurement, testing and comparison of all results
Maintain a CRM of all contacts and touch points
Create data base of outgoing guests
Market to our guests to build our direct booking website
Improve & grow SEO performance of both Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info
Other tasks as required

Whilst we are a 7 day a week business, this position is Monday to Friday position. The start and end hours can be negotiated to mutually suit.

You will need:

Your own computer with an excellent internet connection
Computer camera with ability to Microsoft Teams or Zoom calls with us
Experience creating & maintaining ad campaigns, development, leads with GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Meta Ads
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Software used include Loom, Google Admin
Great attention to detail
