Bookkeeper - AU Experience

We are an Australian based outsourced bookkeeping and CFO consulting firm. Our aim is to help our clients increase profits and scale their business whilst we takeover their bookkeeping. We provide our clients with unlimited support to understand their numbers and make financial decisions.

We are seeking a highly skilled client managing bookkeeper

The job responsibilities include:
• Bank reconciliations
Management of clients account inbox
• Accounts Payable from recording bills, to Paying bills with ABA and email to client and reconciling against supplier statements
• Accounts Receivable
• Liaising with clients for transaction queries and providing support via email
• End of month reconciliation, executive summary
• Advice on saving for GST, Super, PAYGW and income tax
• Payroll processing and onboarding of employees
• Financial health check including review of Xero, P&L and Balance Sheet

This is a FULL-TIME Position. The working hours are 40 hours per week, over 5 days and during business hours only between 8:30am and 5pm ph. time.

You MUST HAVE (your application will not be considered if these are not met):
- A computer / laptop
- Two screens
- Reliable fast internet connection
- Australian bookkeeping and payroll experience of min. 2years
- Experience in using MYOB AccountRight and Xero
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Eagerness for personal and professional growth

Training will be provided, and a paid probationary period of 30 days will be in effect.
