Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Duties:
Manage and follow up of warm and hot leads, build rapport and give/negotiate offers.

Requirements:
At least 1 year strong experience as an Acquisition Manager
Must be expert in running comps, computing offers and negotiating price
Must be result oriented, go getter and honest
Must be familiar with Podio and Propstream

Rate/schedule:
- schedule is 10am-6pm EST (Tue-Sat).
- $7/hr + $300 bonus per closed deal
