As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, lead generation, and brand growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms
Manage and schedule posts using Canva Pro and other scheduling tools
Design and implement Facebook ads campaigns using Upgrade to see actual info Ads Manager
Analyze and report on social media performance using spreadsheets and other analytics tools
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive cold traffic to hot leads
Optimize social media content for SEO
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximum impact

Requirements:
1+ year of experience as a Social Media Manager
Experience as a Video Editor
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
Reliable and efficient with a strong work ethic
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Experience with Canva Pro, FB Ads Manager, spreadsheets, and social media copy and content creation
Proven ability to lead from cold to hot traffic and generate leads
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices

Nice to Have:
Experience with content creation and social media management tools
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software
Certification in social media marketing or a related field
