Customer Service for Home Fragrance Brand

We’re looking for a customer service agent who can do 2hrs per day (Monday - Friday) occasionally doing a Saturday when we run weekend promotions.

We sell Wax Melts, Reed Diffusers, Room Sprays and other home fragrance products.

The hours worked will need to be in 2 x 1hr chunks through the day. We are fairly flexible on when these 2 hours are done but at least 8 hours apart to allow any customer replies.

Experience with Shopify is a requirement.

Experience with customer service software is a requirement. - we use re-amaze, you don’t have to have used this before.

Our company is based in the UK.

No phone support needed.
