Role Overview:

The Appointment Setter will be an integral part of our team, primarily responsible for generating and qualifying leads through cold calling and scheduling appointments for our sales agents. The ideal candidate will have a relentless drive to succeed and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a high volume of cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in our real estate services.
Qualify leads based on their needs and the services we offer.
Schedule appointments for potential buyers and sellers with our sales agents.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, including follow-ups and call outcomes.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of information.
Stay up-to-date on the local real estate market and trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
