We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Shorts/Reels Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing high-quality video content specifically tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of current Upgrade to see actual info trends, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce compelling, engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:
-Design and create engaging short-form video content including Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos.
-Integrate voice captions, sound effects, music, and transitions to enhance the visual storytelling.
-Monitor trends in social media content to ensure content is relevant and innovative with our brand.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to align video content with broader campaign goals and schedules.
-Optimize content based on performance analytics and user engagement data.
-Manage and schedule posts using social media scheduling tools to maintain a consistent presence across platforms.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience creating engaging social media video content, particularly Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
-Strong video editing skills with proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
-Creative flair for storytelling through digital media.
-Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-Experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
