JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment process within our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute the recruitment process from start to finish. Your role will involve attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the company's objectives and growth plans. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and talent needs.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

3. Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including paper screening and virtual interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

5. Offer Negotiation and Closure: Manage the offer negotiation process, including salary discussions and offer extensions, to secure top talent while aligning with the company budget and compensation guidelines.

6. Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization within the recruitment process.

8. Leading and Training: Proactively leading and managing the recruitment team and distributing the tasks accordingly.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a senior or lead role.
3. Proven experience in Global Recruitment and dealing with international clients or companies.
4. Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
6.. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and job portals.
8. Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Click up)
9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
10. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
