Sales/Marketing assistant

Looking for a few candidates to initially start as part-time to test the work relationship. We'll give more steady hours/work to the best performing candidates and ramp up to full-time marketing/sales assistant.

We’re a US-based game development education company that provides game design-related educational content and services.

We’re seeking a sales/marketing assistant to help us with sales and marketing tasks.

Tasks you’ll be doing:
- Find, research, and source lead (+lead info) based on the provided criteria
- Organize them into Google Sheets and/or Documents
- Contact and respond to leads/customers on behalf of the sales leads (via LinkedIn and Email)
- Coordinate and pro-proactively notify sales lead on inquiries you can’t answer
- Prep and publish blog posts for publishing on WordPress

NOTE: We’ll provide any necessary training to adapt to our process

You are:
- Organized and detail-oriented (Have experience with Gdocs and Gsheets)
- Independent yet proactive
- Good at listening, understanding, and implementing feedback to adapt & improve quickly
- Savvy with tools to improve task efficiency (including AI tools) without generating poor misinformed results
- Gaming and/or game development background [BONUS]

Requirements:
- Be able to work during US hours, from around 9am to 8pm PST/EST
- Has prior with
-- Lead research - find and organize required information related to the organization on the web
-- Reach out and communicate and respond on behalf of another person
-- Good with Google Sheets and Document
