Virtual Marketing Associate

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Full-time, must be available during EST business hours
Pace: Fast-moving team. You must be able to handle short deadlines and shifting priorities.

About Us

B.D. Smith Wealth is a growing accounting firm led by Bri Smith, CPA. We support business owners, professionals, and families with tax, bookkeeping, and financial strategy. As our marketing workload expands, we’re looking for a Marketing Associate who is reliable, proactive, and aligned with our culture to help keep campaigns running smoothly and content moving consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Support video editing and content production for social media and ads (short-form content like Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Prepare posts, captions, basic graphics, and assist with scheduling
• Social media engagement daily (must-have): reply to comments and DMs, engage with followers, perform outreach (liking, commenting, and starting conversations with aligned accounts), support community growth, and maintain brand voice
• Assist with marketing campaign execution across platforms (launch support, asset prep, coordination, light reporting)
• Organize marketing assets, templates, and project files
• Support email campaigns, research, and other marketing tasks as needed
• Communicate clearly, stay responsive, and keep the team updated on progress

Who We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• Proven experience with social media engagement and outreach
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns (content rollout, promo scheduling, campaign coordination, asset prep)
• Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Able to work EST hours and deliver with short deadlines
