Phone Operator & Customer Service Agent

We are a US-based commercial cleaning company looking for a home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

Sending an end-of-day report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.

Make outbound sales calls to new business prospects..

Respond to customer questions via phone call..

Provide service quotes & make sure to do a follow up with the leads.

Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

This is a part-time position with the potential to be a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills.

Work hours are 7 days a week 10am-6pm EST (we will dUpgrade to see actual info on schedule after your interview).

$4/hr. to start, with the ability to earn up to $7/hr + bonuses based on performance.

If accepted, you will be provided with training to help with making outbound calls and answering any questions that customers may have.
