Our mission is to empower small businesses to achieve their full business growth through integrated digital marketing solutions and meet their unique needs. As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a skilled Facebook Group manager and content creator, to maintain the success of our group and attract new group members. You will join our team on a part-time basis with the potential for full-time employment. After the 1st month, we will evaluate the growth of the group and if we like your work, then we will continue for the next month.

Job Description:
We are in search of a Facebook Group Manager with a great background in social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating weekly content to motivate & educate contractors, inviting new contractors to the group, managing the group, and keeping account of group growth. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines.


Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with our team to discuss, analyze, and execute weekly posting schedules.
- Post 12 shareable articles, ---------- s, tips, and engaging content per month on our facebook group page
- Posting content to engage and ask for member responses
- Setup auto message response assistant
- Increase awareness of group by promoting in other relatable groups
- Organic audiences finding to help increase group followers
- Engagement with followers, responding to comments
- Adding new members weekly
- Share analytics every week


Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Facebook Group Media Management, or similar role.
- Experience with group/ page growth.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and great attention to detail.
- Communucate with members in a kind & motivating tone at all times

- Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.
