Webmaster/Developer

I am looking for someone who can build and maintain websites using mostly Wordpress. This person must really know what they are doing as far as building a custom site wordpress and others. I do not want anyone who does not know how to customize the site, add videos, change the header and etc.

I am looking for a full time person that will really work the 40 hours that I am paying for. You should be responsible and accountable. I have several sites that I need finished and new ones to start.

I will be honest and tell you that I have hired and had to let go 3 people already because either they did not know how to customize a site or they did very little work during the 40 hours they were paid for.

I have a lot of work and I am looking for someone long term to build and maintain my sites.
