Fb/Google/Youtube Ads Manager

I need someone who is well versed in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads and who knows how to understand KPI’s and bring better ROAS, and ROI and understands these terms. I have the ad creatives, and the ad copy, I need someone to set up and manage the campaigns in both these platforms. I want someone who can keep checking the ads make sure they are generating us a better ROAS, and someone who understands how to target different target market audiences.
(If you know how to write copy or ad creatives, it’s a plus, but not necessary).

We are selling a low ticket course product and a high ticket marriage video product, with market research already done.
