Web Application Development

I have an overflow of incoming work and need to find a php developer to assist me in meeting my clients deadlines. The work will be broken up into small projects from a number of my large clients and but are predominately online registers and data collection tools. Im looking for someone on an ongoing basis that i can call upon to assist in works from time to time. Id like to be straight up honest from the start in the fact that im not sure how much work there will be down the track at the stage but currently there is quite a lot and i cant see it getting too quiet any time soon...
