JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a committed video animator to work with our team on the Med School Insiders YouTube channel.

The position requires direct collaboration with me and my content team, which includes social media managers, writers, and producers. We are seeking someone with excellent attention to detail and thoroughness, along with strong communication skills and integrity. Organizational skills and meticulousness are essential, and punctuality is key.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Highly detail-oriented, articulate, and able to adhere to instructions;
2. Reliable and ethical. Commit to your words and actions;
3. Resourceful, organized, and proactive. Independently solve problems and propose solutions;
4. Proficiency in either Final Cut or Adobe editing suite;
5. Familiar with Powtoon;
6. High-performance computer (capable of editing 4K footage);
7. High-speed internet (for file downloads and uploads);
8. Experience with Photoshop (for creating thumbnails).

MY WORKFLOW
1. I'll provide the voiceover audio file and script. Please review the Med School Insiders YouTube channel to understand the expected format;
2. Submit a polished, YouTube-ready first draft and three thumbnail options;
3. I'll give feedback on the first draft and thumbnails. The second draft is typically final, though a third may occasionally be needed. A fourth draft should be unnecessary;
4. Our team will handle YouTube uploading and publishing.

At the beginning, you can expect more guidance regarding style and expectations. As time goes on, you'll have more freedom to make independent creative decisions.

Excellent performers will have opportunities for career advancement.
