We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Dispatcher to join our team in a fully remote position. This role is critical in managing both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating effectively between clients and technicians. If you possess a deep understanding of appliance repair and thrive in a remote, night-shift environment, we want to connect with you. The working hours for this position are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities

- **Lead Management**: Promptly handle service requests via calls and emails with a keen understanding of appliance repair processes.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate schedules and route our technicians efficiently, optimizing service delivery using our booking system.
- **CRM Administration**: Accurately manage client and service data in our CRM to keep our operations seamless and efficient.
- **Client Relations**: Ensure continuous communication with clients, providing updates and maintaining high satisfaction levels with our services.
- **Technical Support**: Offer initial troubleshooting advice and support to clients, demonstrating an expert knowledge of appliance repair issues.
