Social Media Appointment Setter

Our agency is globally recognized for the Most Elite Educational Photographic & Video Production Workshop Series. We provide high-end, 5-star photographic experiences and boast a 95% re-enrollment rate. Over the past 15 years, we have conducted 150 elite photographic workshops, led by a renowned TV host, director, and celebrity fashion photographer.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 1 AM ET
- Or Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM ET

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a well-organized schedule with accurate appointment details.
- Screen leads and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects.

Follow-Up Duties:
- Send follow-up communications to confirm appointments and answer inquiries.
- Reschedule appointments as needed.

Reporting Tasks:
- Manage and compile reports on appointment scheduling and outcomes.
- Regularly update the team via email.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in appointment setting, referral marketing, or virtual assistance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software or scheduling tools is a plus.
- Technologically savvy, especially with sales and CRM applications.

Compensation:
- Starting salary of $660, with bonus opportunities based on the number of set appointments.
