Convert joomla site to wordpress

Hi

We are looking to have a quite large joomla site possibly converted to wordpress if possible.

Key Points that solutions are needed for within the wordpress site that are in the current joomla site

Social network

article directory

searchable venue directory (uk) by towns etc

searchable services directory ie members can list their services

Searchable events directory (possible covered in social network)

forum

site wide advertising ie adsense and banner rotation


we will provide any plugins needed and wordpress theme but any addons ie maybe using buddypress may need customisation to match the main theme ie the whole site must match
