Are you an AMAZON Wizard? (Long Term Job Opportunity)

We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager to assist with day to day tasks that includes everything from Product Research to Customer Service. You will also be expected to communicate and delegate tasks to other team members.

We’re looking for someone who is already knowledgeable in the Amazon FBA space.

This is an open-ended type role and your responsibilities will likely change over time. You need to be a quick learner and very passionate about learning and growing.

Major Responsibilities:
– Product research according to specific criteria
– Respond to Customer Service enquires within 12 hours
– Reach out to customers through email and provide sales support
– Communicate with Overseas suppliers and partners
– Communicate and delegate tasks to team members

Skills Required:
– Ability to push yourself to work hard with minimum supervision
– Very detail oriented and good with numbers
– Solid understanding of Amazon and Private Labeling
– Google Drive and Microsoft Excel Competency
– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, on video and in writing
- Superb English Skills
