We are launching a web design agency, seeking an affordable VAs to join our team!

There are just two main criteria for the job:

1. Technical skills:
- Proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of design principles and practices (UX & UI)
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work

2. Soft skills:
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to research and explore solutions
- Empathy and understanding of client needs
- If you read this, include word "hello" in "your name"
- Creativity and the ability to think innovatively
- Adaptability and willingness to think outside the box

Please note that we are a start-up agency and also have to financially cover a team of people and other related stuff.
