PHP LARAVEL AND SYMPHONY, OR PYTHON DJANGO AND ANGULAR JS

I am looking for a full time worker. I am open to a freelancer also. I am creating a online marketplace. I want it be created with laravel and symphony, python ddjango and angular js.

I need it to be developed in 45 days, and then I want maintence each month there after. Your wage will increase after launch plus additional income for feature creation.

The person must be a expert and able to work within a team.

The specification are below:-- Below my specifications, is my contact information .
1. The vendor comes on home page.
2. They register as a vendor.
3. They will see 5 categories outlining the tyepe of vendor they will be opening(vendors will fall within one of the 5 vendors)( all are vendor types
but one is a driver

4b. on their profile it will say that instagram was verified its theirs.
THe plans, the vendor can have a certain amount of pictures, products, and self video promotions per category.
The buyer can review a particular vendor product and send to us, to then we approve, then will display as a review within their
product line on the vendors page, showing video reviews


1. The vendor registers on site, pays an amount to open a store
2. The The subscription allows them to add a certain number of photos, and self promotion videos, and videos being given from buyers
3. There will be different plans 3 tiers, with each plan
4. The price and tier depend on what items the vendor will be selling.
5. The vendor has to pay right away before being able to start selling a monthly subscription or yearly or quartedly amount by credit card
6. They will have the option to activate but have 48 hours to fullfill the payment category and all the infromation listed will be deleted

Payment towards us

-The vendors will pay us based on their subscription and has to be paid right away to start using the site
- The buyer is free to become a membership

Delayed payment

- They will go towards the entire registration setting up the store but chose delayed payment'
- They cannot use the site but will be there for 48 hours and then activated once payment is made by credit card
-if they don't pay withing 48 hours there product upload data

Store set up
- Each store will have its own vendor name and url companyname.com/Storename/ page

Ip geolocation
- The buyer will only be alloweed to purchase items in their local area
- The vendor will only be alloweed to sell in their local area
- Certain geographic areas will only be "paid monthly and other would be percentage, like a normal marketplace"
- Use this for registration , for location, when choosing city but if incorrectly added then they can alter it

Store Name is company name,
- The company name is the store name

- They must be authorized to make sure they fullfill company guidelines, they cany upload pictures with a soul in it

- The vendor can add description of the store hours, and infromation about themselves

Inform the vendor about their store a little history of the store and background

The items they sell
- Inform the vendor about what they specialize in,

Product list
-They can add pictures of the product
- They can also add a description
- Categorize the product in the right category,( name, product number(bar code), What it heals, Category of the item - sub category )
- Categorize will be a drop down menu
-So easier to search and SEO

The buyer

- Seperate registration form on the homepage for the registration of the buyer
- After they register they would login through the login portal on the homepage

Buyer

- Will have a diary of thoughts and comments were they will make a diary of the progress of the product with diary written posts
- They can follow other stores
- They can put 6 products on your "keep an eye on it"

Profile page

- They will see when new reviews and videos are posted
- When a store launched a new product
- When new stores were created
- Transaction history of their orders and comments and replies to the vendors

Comment

-They can comment on posts from other buyers
- they can ask vendors question on their open page

The videos
- The vendor can provide a self promotion videos a 1min 30 seconds, videos, promoting a product or the store as awhole
- THe video will go within the product the product being promotied
- The amount of videos alloweed to be uploaded will depend on the subscription
- all videos should go through a filter and lower the pitch of the person on the videos
- we should authorize the videos to make sure it fullfills company goals
- The vendor should go to product and chose upload video self promotion and then upload video. It will go into a hosting video provider like Vimeo, aws,
then we will view it put filer of tone, then place where the vendor indicated
- They should not be passed a certain size
- The videos should be compressed to an amount that stilll provides good quality video and voice


Instagram APi

- Each vendor who has a instagram account will verify they instagram account
- Once they verify that the instragram they indicated is theirs, on their profile it will indicate a verified account
- The followers and such infromation will be displayed on their profile

Video from buyers
- The buyer will submit a video when using the product, and then go to the store in question they bought, and upload video
- The video will be uploaded on hosting videos plan vimeo or aws, put through filter, then it will be authorized by us to make sure its not poronographic folllows
company rules
- They will be alloweed a certain a number of these types of videos per month, of new ones.
- They will be alloweed a totoal number they can surpass depending on their plan.

How it works:

For Buyer:

- The buyer will make a video about the product
- The video will be 2 - 3 minutes

Buyer Upload:

- The buyer will upload the video onto the vendors products portal
- There will be a portal, where the buyer will upload a video
- They will fill out a form, stating which video this should be tagged with

Outcome:
-When a buyer views that product
- They will know see a review of the buyers opinion about that product.


The buyer

- The buyer sign up free
- Fill out information, personal, credit card information, address, shipping
- Fill out a questionanire on the type of consuemr they are,

- they can go on profile homepage, and the products and service they see will be from what they chose as preference from questionnaire
- They will be able to purchase things but can do credit card
- They mainly will do COD

- They will have a diary, outlining the products they bought and a weekly trial and what their thoughts are on the products
- Other people can view their diary and comment
- there real identity is unknown only to the vendors who are purchasing the items
-They can view other vendors products and

The shipping
- The shipping will be handled by the vendor
- Once a buyer go and puts on cart, and says checkout the vendor will be alerted
- They then will have a certain amount of time to ship item
-The buyer will pay first, either by bank to bank, the vendor will display bank account information and then the buyer must send the money into the account
- Once the buyer confirms sending the money they will screen shot the proof of sending the money and copy and upload this document into the system as proof
- Once they receive the money the vendor will then take a screen shot of proof of receiving the amount and upload picture onto the proof of payment
- The buyer has to send two proof of payments to confirm they did not cancale the payment and state it was sent

Verification of Shippment

- Will use docusign or other means
- Logistics is 1. Vendor to Driver to Buyer, (docusign or other alternatives)
- Logistics 2. Vendoer to Post office to buyer

In between the parties will be a docusign or other similiar softwa

Shipping method

using drivers from site
- They can choose a independent driver who will pick item from vendor then send to buyer
- The driver must screen shot receipt of form that they received the item from the vendor and have them sign it
- Take a picture upload the document onto the site
- Then once the deliver it to the buyer will provide proof that it was received and upload picture
- The buyer and vendor will also upload picture as well as proof


Shippping using postal office
- The vendor will go to shipping office and will upload picture of the reciept and tracking number from the postal service as proof onto the site
- the buyer once received will upload the received item and proof from the postal office onto the site



Home page
- The buyer will be able to view new upload of videos and reviews by videos and new diary upload
- The inforomation that will be displayed will be with what is in their questionnair to limit it

Review written
- Each written review willl indicate who has said it so you can filter reviews, from ppl who have same buyer attributes as you.
Example, if your over 6 feet, you should see reviews from ppl who are over 6 feet, and once you click the review of that person
you can others they have done.
- So you will see reviews from the peopel are more closely like you
- All reviews will have a preemptive question that will have to answer then an open ended questions
- With the reviews you can see the other items that person has bought and reviews if you want to see similiar reviews.?

The vendor will have to pay a monthly subscription to open a store

- They will not input their name or company information
- They willl only display what is their problems they are facing

- The price for a review and different type of review prices
