Property leads sales closer

Hi,

I have a number of BMV and probate leads coming in and I'm looking for someone to call these leads, listen to their story, create an bespoke offer for their property and follow up with them till they are ready to sell.
Training provided but most important characteristic is that you can build rapport, trust and progress the deal to offer acceptance.
