Licensed Psychotherapist / Coach Needed for Remote Consultations

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional who is both a licensed Psychotherapist and a certified Coach. This remote position requires expertise in mental health therapy as well as personal and professional coaching. The successful candidate will be able to provide comprehensive support and guidance, adapting to the diverse needs of clients through therapeutic and coaching methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and personal or professional goals.
- Provide psychotherapy sessions to address mental health issues and promote psychological well-being.
- Offer coaching sessions focused on personal development, career advancement, and life skills.
- Utilize various digital platforms for delivering therapy and coaching sessions via video or voice calls.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in both therapy and coaching practices.
- Document and monitor client progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in both psychotherapy and coaching.

Requirements:
- A valid license in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field.
- Certification in coaching from a recognized professional body.
- At least 3 years of experience in psychotherapy and 2 years in coaching.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Experience in providing services through digital means.
- Capable of addressing a wide range of psychological and personal growth issues.
