We are an American e-commerce company looking for a very proactive & experienced customer support team lead specializing in e-commerce to manage a small team of 3 customer support agents.
The most important characteristics:
- Extremely proactive in coming up with initiatives to improve our processes
- Great understanding of customers and ability to offer exceptional customer service
- Extensive experience of using Gorgias or other helpdesk software
- Ability to determine, monitor & improve the most important KPIs
