Two VA's to List Products, Process Orders Online and Customer Service

Need 2 full-time virtual assistants who will source and list products online with software that will be provided. Will list between 40-60 products per day. Must have good English writing skills. This will be your main job to begin with. We will train you the first 2 weeks and work with you to excel. You will then work on your own with remote support from us for 2 more weeks.

If you do excel after 4 weeks then we will train you to then to process orders and have them shipped to the customers.
Speaking good English is a must in dealing with customer support issues with orders, shipping, tracking orders and customer returns.

Most training will be provided by video spoken in English, written instructions in English or on Skype.
Must have own computer with reliable internet connection.
Must have a Skype account for calls and texting.
Must be able to work US CST: 6pm-2am hours (12 hours difference from your time). This may change later if you can show you work well on your own.
Must be coachable and willing to excel and learn new things as time goes on.
Must be committed to this long term job with no outside projects or commitments.

The position pays $1.50 (USD) per hour (40 hours per week) starting out for the first 90 days.
After 90 days we will review your performance and make salary adjustments based on your skills and your ability to do your job well.
