Looking for a Full Time Employee to do Medical Literature Research

I am looking for an employee with excellent verbal and written English with experience in Medical Document Research. For instance, a typical assignment will consist of 1 to 3 steps as follows: Step 1--Produce a list of articles on Fever which should include the name of the article, where it was published, the date of publication, and an abstract of the article. Step 2--Locate English PDF copies of the entire articles I select from your list provided in Step 1. Step 3--Provide a written summary of the aspects of the articles that are relevant to the specific issues, about "Fever" in this case, that I am interested in.
