Personal Social Media Writer & Manager

### Context

I’m a founder of a startup that also maintains an active social media presence. I need someone who can help manage these various channels and generate marketing collateral for them from the work I produce.

### Work to be done

I have the following three channels that I do things on:

1. Write articles on my Substack
2. Create Youtube videos
3. Tweet on Twitter and ---------- ( ---------- version of Twitter)

Each channel requires ancillary work that needs to be done:

- With Substack, I’ll write the article. However I need someone to generate the thumbnail & cross- ---------- text for Twitter, LinkedIn and Farcaster.
- With Youtube, I’ll send you the video. It will be your job to generate the thumbnail, description and then the relevant cross promotional material.
- With Twitter, anything I tweet should be posted on Warpcast. Anything I tweet on ---------- should be posted on Twitter.

### The ideal candidates

You will be expected to understand the contents of what I’m writing so you can craft effective cross-promotional material. This means you have a somewhat technical background or have worked in web3/crypto before. In addition, the following basic skillsets are required:

1. Being able to use tools like Canva to generate appealing visuals
2. Write effective copy, in my tone of voice, that can generate attention
3. Experience ghostwriting or managing a Twitter to eventually start generating content for me
