UX/UI Designer

You will work closely with our lead UX/UI specialist, business analyst, developers, and company leadership to deliver innovative, delightful, and high-impact user experiences that differentiate our products from others in our market space. You will have the ability to visually craft and refine the UX/UI of our web-based and mobile software, keep 806 modern and up to date on latest design trends. This role requires a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating simple yet compelling digital user experiences!
UX/UI Designer Will:
? Partner with our lead UX/UI specialist and other teams to turn feature ideas and business requirements into reality.
? Deliver relevant designs that consider the latest platforms, technologies, accessibility guidelines, and industry best
practices
? Gauge the usability of new and existing products while making constructive suggestions for change.
? Create user flows and/or journeys and mock-ups that represent the end-to-end experience and opportunities.
? Stay apprised of emerging technological trends, and understand their impact from a design perspective.
? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
? 2+ years of UX/UI experience creating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions.
? Can provide examples of previous experience working with large datasets.
? A portfolio highlighting previous UI and UX work.
? Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
? Proficient at Figma.
? Excellent understanding of principles of interface design and use of interactive technologies to build relationships with
users.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented and creative environment.
? A self- starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
