Front End Developer

SPRIM is seeking for a full-time Front End Developer for our office in Makati, Philippines to initiate, suggest and spearhead user interface for a more intuitive user experience. The successful applicants will also work closely with other developers and designers to drive the evolution of digital solutions into lifestyle and mobile healthcare market segments.
Responsibilities:
• Devise user experience solutions that balance user and business goals
• Innovate ways to solve challenging user experience problems
• Act as user advocate during the development process from early stage designs to usability testing and implementing suggestions from a user perspective.
• Work closely with software developers on technical feasibility and provide support / direction to creative designers on visual execution
• Overall designing and branding for websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, ad campaigns and other marketing collateral
Requirements:
• Bachelors/Masters in Design, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience working on UX for software products, web applications, mobile applications and/or websites
• Ability to draft UX deliverables (workflows, early conceptual designs, mockups etc)
• Ability to illustrate design skills and showcases design ideology
• Highly proficient in HTML5/CSS3, JQuery and JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX
• Good knowledge of trade programs (e.g. Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Solid understanding of cross-browser platforms issues
• Good team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
