Wordpress Developer *Using Figma Designs

We are seeking an experienced and creative WordPress designer who knows how to create custom websites based off of Figma designs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive using designs provided through Figma.

- Strong understanding of Desktop AND Mobile development.

- Implement best practices in front-end and back-end development, ensuring websites are optimized for performance, usability, and search engine visibility.

- Integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance website functionality.

- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and ensure the reliability of web applications.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance development processes and tools.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our web designs.
Qualifications:


Actual Job Duties:
You will be working closely 1 on 1 with an account manager via slack for communication.

- Develop websites/landing pages based off of provided Figma designs.
- Optimize for Mobile and Desktop versions. *Mobile is extremely important.
- QA Control
- Potential monthly auditing and optimization\
- Simple Landing Page dev should be completed within 2-3 working days with proper communication.

*Most websites will be simple landing page developments.


Requirements: STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
*MUST BE COMFORTABLE being able to join meetings for clear communication if needed.

- Needs to have basic understanding of GTM
- Proficient understanding, reading, and speaking in English.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer
- Understanding of website and lead generation optimizations
- Up to date with best practices for WordPress/Elementor/Figma
- Proficiency in front-end such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on making WordPress websites visually appealing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful web development projects and demonstrated expertise in creating visually appealing, user-centric designs.
