SEO Manager

We are looking for an accomplished and experienced SEO Manager and organizer to join our small company.
About us:
We are a small digital marketing company based out of Austin, Texas, USA. We currently are a team of 3. Our clients are mostly home service companies in the US. The owner has a strong sales background but no time to actually sell. We are hoping this role can take away a lot of operational tasks that are falling on the owners plate.
Our ideal candidate:
Speaks and writes English at a high level to edit content.
Is a true Integrator who loves organizing processes and seeing them to completion.
Has a background in SEO.
Is passionate about studying the latest SEO best practices, loves to tinker with AI prompts, and see what works and why it works.
Will be able to speak easily about what they have found has worked best in their own campaigns in the last year.
Likes to plan weeks/months in advance
Has good people skills
Follows written instructions well
Asks a lot of questions
About the role:
I need a day-to-day manager to help me take the business to the next level. This means assigning and approving daily tasks from other team members, reviewing tasks turned in and making sure it meets quality standards, correcting SEO campaigns, troubleshooting campaigns, and maybe even helping us to develop future playbooks for new employees. I need a true integrator - someone who likes to get into a mess and make a system from it. I have systems in place today but struggle to stay on top of them with so many other things going on.
Today, the role is probably 15-20 hours/week of work. If it takes the work off my plate I intend to spend all that time on sales and the hours will increase from there.
I can pay between $7-9/hr for the right candidate.
The hours are pretty flexible as long as there is a window to update me (US Central time hours) and time to talk to both of our team members each day (they both are in the Philippines and work nights).
