Merging ASIN's Amazon UPC

We are looking for someone that has extensive experience merging ASIN's on Amazon. We currently have some old UPC's codes that are no longer valid on Amazon so we need to create new UPC's and then merge the ASIN's so we can maintain ranking and reviews.
