JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing algorithms, and generating insights to drive business decisions and innovations. You will work with diverse datasets, applying your analytical skills to uncover trends, assess risk, and support our mission to deliver exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to define data-driven solutions for critical business challenges.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Effectively communicate complex data insights and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay current with the latest advancements in data science methodologies and tools.
Creating and maintaining robust data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Indepth knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, Pytorch, scikit-learn).
Proficient in working with big data technologies and tools (e.g. Hadcoop, Spark).
Strong programming proficiency in Python, and or R, and experience with SQL databases.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong communication skills to convey complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
