Senior UI/UX Designer

We are an exciting Australian Digital Agency with offices in Australia, Philippines and the UK. We are expanding our design team and seeking a Graphic & Digital Designer


Responsibilities:

Create concepts from briefs
Create new or utilize existing client design systems
Create wireframe mockups
Create style guides
Design brands
Design brochures, flyers and banners using Indesign & Illustrator
Make UX and UI improvements to a customer software, web, and mobile app user interfaces
Undertake validation measures to test concepts before finalizing detailed designs end-to-end
Test software applications and present UX and UI recommendations to stakeholders
You will be working fully remotely, be used to having daily stand-ups and stand-downs, and be excited by the chance of working with an innovative team, working on different projects as part of a team.
Working collaboratively, end-to-end with the wider team, you will be working on a variety of projects for enterprise-level clients. With a client waitlist, we are truly the best at what we do and we are growing fast.



Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in a design position for a Digital Agency
Have experience designing websites, mobile apps, and branding
Must have excellent skills using Figma and Adobe Suite (particularly Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Must have at least 5 years experience designing print
Have a qualification in design obtained from a university
Extensive portfolio
Excellent work ethic
Ability to work on your own
Happy to be on our stand-up calls every morning
You will be a fast worker and have excellent communication skills
Very curious and detail-oriented, with a love for problem-solving!
Relevant experience in a related role
Strong portfolio showcasing your excellent Figma skills and design process
A collaborative person, you love working with a passionate team
Able to translate learnings into presentations that inspire action
