Influencer Marketing Management

We are an e-commerce company based in the United States and South Korea.
We are currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our influencer marketing operations.

Requirements for the position are:

Influencer Marketing Management – Lead end-to-end influencer marketing operations from research to execution and post-campaign analysis; oversee sourcing of high-quality influencers in the U.S. market; ensure the team identifies the right influencers aligned with brand goals; drive campaigns that effectively convert to sales and brand growth

Team Leadership & Operations – Manage and supervise influencer marketing representatives; ensure proper execution of tasks and adherence to SOPs; provide guidance, training, and performance feedback; identify gaps and implement process improvements

Business Acumen – Strong understanding of influencer marketing within the e-commerce space; ability to align campaigns with business goals and ROI; focused on efficiency, scalability, and continuous optimization of workflows; knowledgeable in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and health & wellness niches; with a strong interest and passion for working with Korean brands

Tech Savvy – Proficient in navigating multiple social media platforms, influencer tools, and Google Suite applications; ability to utilize tools for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis

Research & Strategy – Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; able to evaluate influencer performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness; ensures operational excellence and timely delivery
