Application Support Analyst
-Male or Female
-Graduate of any 4-5 years/ Bachelor’s degree related in Information Technology
-Knowledgeable in Excel Macro, SAP and Oracle
-Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
-Excellent VBA Macro programming
-Working knowledge in SAP
-Has general Accounting knowledge is a big plus
-With strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
-Act as technical point of contact to fix their application and systems issues or incidents as they are known that disrupt the service=
-Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention
-Completes call logs and daily reports
-Diagnose and resolves computer hardware and software problem via remote
-5 day work week/ shifting schedule
