At TutoreMe Academy, we're on a mission to expand the joys of learning! To supercharge our online presence and reach new audiences, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team on a part-time (10 hours/week) basis.

In This Role, You'll:

* Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across major platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads)
* Stay up-to-date on the latest social media advertising trends and best practices
* Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences
* Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI (Return on Investment)
* Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging

You're the Ideal Candidate If You Have:

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media advertising management
* Proven success in developing and executing high-performing social media ad campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads
* In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, targeting options, and bidding strategies
* A keen eye for design and the ability to create engaging ad creatives
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* A passion for social media and a genuine interest in staying ahead of industry trends
