Meta Ads Specialist for Online Business Coach

I am looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our company to manage our Instagram and Facebook ads.

We offer world-class business coaching services for a global base of nutrition entrepreneurs, empowering them to build thriving online businesses leveraging the power of digital marketing.

I am based in Australia and we're looking for a hard-working, honest, and reliable Meta Ads Specialist superstar to join our fast-growing business. All our staff works remotely and the ideal candidate should be driven, experienced with a current working knowledge in Meta ads management, be fluent in written & spoken English, and with a strong attention to detail.

Tasks includes:
- Creating social media marketing campaigns for Instagram and Facebook ads
- Monitoring ad performance and optimising campaigns
- Writing ad copy that converts
- Work closely with our in-house graphic designer to create captivating ad graphics
- Editing videos for Reels to be used for ads
- Regular reporting and metrics tracking to advise CEO on ad budget allocation

Other requirements:
- Certifications in Meta Ads management
- Reliable, trustworthy and strong work ethic
- Speaks fluent English with C1 Proficiency (Advanced)
- Super organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong initiative and be an action-taker
- Tech-savvy and willingness to learn new software we use
- Ability to take on constructive feedback and improve

The ideal candidate must have a proficient working knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ads. Candidates with experience and knowledge in ads management for online business coaches and launching courses would be highly regarded.

This is a great role with plenty of room for growth. Position starts at 7-10 hours per week, with the view of increasing hours to 20 hours per week for the right candidate.
