Shopify store VA (All round)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and fast-learning Shopify VA to join our team!

You'll play a vital role in managing our Shopify stores, handling tasks like product uploads, customer service emails, and assisting with daily operations. This is a long-term, remote position with the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Must be able to read and write fluent English)
- Experience with Product research
- Experience with Deepl or a different translate tool
- Experience from a previous Shopify store VA
- Experience uploading products to Shopify
- Experience as a Customer service agent handling emails in multiple languages
- Experience using Canva or a other editing software (optional)
- Experience with Facebook (optional)
- Pay attention to details
- Must be a quick learner and able to work on your own and in a team
- Must be able to work fast
- Must have great communication skills
