Position: Full Time YouTube Video Editor

Salary:
- $8/hour ($1,280/month)
- $9/hour after 3 months ($1,440/month)
- $11/hour after 12 months ($1,760/month)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled YouTube Video Editor with a strong skill set for optimizing both long-form videos and shorts. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with Editors, Senior Editors, and Creative Directors to deliver high-quality edits that elevate our clients' brands. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment, contributing your expertise to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Adobe Premiere for a wide range of editing tasks, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to deliver compelling edits tailored to client needs.
Contribute to the maintenance of quality standards and meet deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for both long-form and short-form.
Participate in tea ---------- etings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.


Skillset Requirements:

Strong knowledge of optimizing Youtube videos/shorts
Proficient in Adobe Premiere for fast and efficient editing.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to adapt to our systems and processes for managing edit files and assets.
Capacity to create unique, brand-aligned styles for diverse clients.
Skill in creating engaging visuals and dynamic movement in edits.
Familiarity with social media algorithms and video optimization techniques.
Understanding of typography and graphic design principles.
