**Job Description:**
As a Virtual Assistant for Google My Business and Local Service Ads Management, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility, engaging with potential clients, and driving conversions. You will be responsible for managing our GMB account to ensure that we maintain a strong presence in local searches and effectively utilize LSAs to attract qualified leads. Your duties will include:
**Google My Business Management:**
- Promptly responding to customer reviews and addressing feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
- Creating and scheduling engaging content to attract potential clients and keep our audience informed.
- Implementing SEO strategies to optimize our GMB ranking and increase organic visibility.
- Proactively encouraging satisfied clients to leave positive reviews, thus enhancing our credibility as a top Houston realtor.
- Interacting with users to provide information, answer queries, and foster community engagement.
**Local Service Ads Management:**
- Ensuring a swift response to leads generated through LSAs to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Implementing an effective lead management system to track, categorize, and follow up with leads.
- Actively seeking reviews from satisfied clients to build trust and credibility within the local market.
- Maintaining our LSA account with accurate business information, pricing, and availability.
- Addressing billing discrepancies and disputes promptly to ensure fair charges for our services.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in real estate.
- Proficiency in managing Google My Business accounts and Local Service Ads.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in lead management and customer relationship management systems is a plus.
