Stripe API and other customizations in GHL funnel

I need some Stripe customization in my GHL funnel as well as some minor calendar customizations.

Stripe:
We sell wedding photography packages and our services often get booked 2+ years in advance, though sometimes 90 days (or less) in advance. I want to make sure I receive all money owed at least 7 days before the wedding, but as long as I get some sort of deposit now, I want to be flexible in terms of payments. I would like clients to be able to select from 2 equal payments (default) 3 equal payments, 4 equal payments or even monthly payments. Bonus points if we can be even more flexible than that. The system should auto setup payment dates (so that I don't need to manually do anything in Stripe) so that they are equally divided between TODAY and 1 week before their wedding.

GHL Calendar:
I need to make it so we can auto accept 3 events per date, but if someone is trying to book an event on a date that is "full", it sends us a notification so that we can manually approve/decline it. I don't want times on this calendar at all as times would be confusing to our clients.

It doesn't matter if you can create pretty funnels or not, I already have someone for that.

If you're interested, I'd love to see some sort of video clip (loom maybe) of something you can do that is similar to what I'm looking for, to make sure we understand each other.
