Airtable Expert, Zapier Expert

As our Part-Time Airtable Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our workflows and data management practices. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Airtable bases, ensuring they meet our organizational needs. Additionally, your expertise in automation, particularly using Zapier, will enable us to streamline our processes, enhancing productivity and efficiency across teams.

Responsibilities:

- Design, set up, and manage Airtable bases for various organizational needs.
- Create and maintain automations using Zapier to streamline workflows and integrate various software tools.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to tea ---------- mbers on using Airtable and automations effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates from Airtable and Zapier to continually enhance our systems.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Airtable bases for business needs.
- Strong understanding of automation tools, specifically Zapier, with the ability to create complex workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support tea ---------- mbers in using software tools effectively.

Details:

- Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
- Hourly rate: $15/hour.
