- Language Proficiency: You must have an excellent command of English, with a minimum proficiency of C1. Your ability to understand and convey complex ideas, empathize with users, and maintain professionalism in communication is critical.

- Typing Speed: With a fast-paced environment, we need individuals who can keep up. A minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute is required.
- Reliability: Your team and our users will rely on you. We need individuals who are dependable, can stick to deadlines, and manage their time effectively.
- Emotional and Intellectual Quotient: High EQ and IQ are vital for understanding user needs, providing tailored support, and solving complex problems creatively.
- Technology Requirements: A stable and fast internet connection is crucial for this role, ensuring you can communicate effectively without interruption. Ping should be minimum 20ms
- People without experience are prefered

- Handle inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our platform's features and services to effectively assist users.
