We are Katuva, a VA placement agency based in Idaho, currently seeking a talented Google Ads specialist with excellent communication and presentation skills gained from a customer service role to join our team.
The successful candidate will work during US hours to assist our client, who owns a digital marketing company serving tattoo studio owners. This is initially a part time assignment, with the possibility of transitioning to full time eventually.
He/she should speak fluent English and take over onboarding calls, monthly meetings with clients via Zoom or Google Meet, and answer support
He/she should be able to present himself/herself professionally during meetings, and it is crucial to have a dedicated workspace, a good camera and lighting and a quiet working environment free from noise (such as a crowing rooster or barking dogs.)
Similarly, he/she should ensure a fast and reliable internet connection, with backup units and alternative power and internet sources readily available.
Basic familiarity with how Google Ads works is required; he/she doesn't need to be an expert as SOPs are in place and the client is open to briefing the new hire on procedures. The focus remains on effective presentation and communication skills, along with a strategic and analytical mindset in digital advertising.
Aside from Onboarding new clients, performing monthly meetings via Zoom or Google Meet with clients to share Google analytics, and answering support

- Conduct keyword research if required (but the client will provide this).
- Do research and other tasks as assigned.
