Project Associate

What we're looking for
We are a US-based marketing agency and we are searching for a Project Associate VA. This role offers an opportunity to support project coordination utilizing Clickup as our project management software. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills and knowledge of advertising/marketing agency operations and effectively manage tasks within a dynamic work environment.

Salary: $400/month
Schedule: 7pm to 12am (Manila Time) 30 hours per week
Work type: WFH
Candidates must reside within Metro Manila for occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities
- Utilize project management software effectively to assist in project coordination and organization.
- Maintain high levels of organization to ensure smooth project workflows and deadlines.
- Demonstrate knowledge of advertising/marketing agency operations to support project requirements effectively.
- Prepare necessary materials for meetings (for example, monthly division meetings)
- Proper documentation of internal and external activities
- Continuous development of Clickup

Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.) with a high preference for Clickup.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of advertising/marketing agency operations to facilitate project tasks effectively.
- Preference for candidates residing within Metro Manila for occasional in-person meetings.
