Before the start of every work day we will hold a quick 1 on 1 Skype call to brief you on your required project and if their is any questions or concerns we will go over them together.

All of our employees are required to use time tracking software not just because we want to spy on you (Kidding about spying.) but because we want to make sure you are being paid for all of the hours you work.

=== Daily Job Tasks===
A big portion of our websites that we provide to our clients are designed using premade responsive wordpress themes. Your daily duties will vary depending on your skill level and what is assigned to you via Basecamp.

When assigned a website task it will be broken down into step by step instructions starting with logo and then proceeding from there. As mentioned, depending on the type of web design project you are assigned to and your skill level will depend on what you are required to do.


===Job Requirements===

-Speak Proper English (We believe Communication is the key to success here)
-Microphone (We must be able to speak via skype for interview and future work)
-Skype
-Able to setup/install wordpress
-Able and willing to use Timedoctor (Time Tracking software)
-Able and willing to use Basecamp (Project Management software)

-Able to work 40 hours a week.

-Minimal of 3 years wordpress experience
-Motivated and Ambitious
-Stable Internet and power
-Suitable tools needed for job (responsive computer, programs, etc,)
