Experienced VA with General IT Background

I'm looking for a virtual assistant with a few years of experience, and good IT ability to help me with a range of admin and IT tasks, who can assist me in the following areas: General day-to-day tasks Basic PHP Programming ability MySQL site setup, site setup and admin (Wordpress, etc). IT troubleshooting Providing a high level of customer service Documentation of tasks

I'm located in Japan, so if you have any Japanese ability, thats excellent. If not, no problem. I'm very busy, and sometimes not very available, so the most critical quality I'm looking for is independence and initiative. I need to be able to assign you a few tasks, and have you do the research necessary to figure out how to do it, while providing me with regular updates.

You may need to occasionally make phone calls in English, so good verbal English skills are also important. Written English must also be of a very good level.

Your English doesn't have to be perfect, but it does need to be passable in a business context. I'm looking to make a long-term relationship, and I like to think I'm easy to work with, and patient. A stable internet connection is very important.
