Accountant / Bookkeeper

We are a HVAC equipment/products sales organization based in the US. We are seeking additional help with general accounting and bookkeeping tasks including processing bills and invoices, managing payroll, tracking job costs (material and labor), tracking commission payments, and managing AR and AP. In addition, there may be some other tasks outside of accounting including job and order tracking.

Our current accounting system is Quickbooks Online. This new employee will have to be familiar with Quickbooks and preferably be a Quickbooks Pro Advisor. In addition, we primarily use Microsoft Office tools.

A four year accounting degree is required.
